- GMI Laser ® can work simultaneously with up to two embroidery machines, one sampling machine and GMI Plotter ® and/or GMI Roller ®.
- GMI Laser ® is much faster, as the laser beam is directed by mirrors with electromagnetic motors. Cutting results therefore to be up to 20 times and engraving up to 50 times faster.
- GMI Laser ® allows for setting up different laser power, speed and number of passages for each cut, which proves particularly useful when working with different materials on the same sample.
- GMI Laser ® cuts with much higher precision (1/100 mm instead of 1/10 mm). Traditional systems keep in fact the laser still and move the pantograph, when cutting. Cutting results therefore unclean and not very precise.
- GMI Laser ® gets rid of, or reduces, all burned edges of the cut piece, thanks to its high cutting speed.
- GMI Laser ® is equipped with a smoke suction system and a protective bell to guarantee complete safety to the operator.
- GMI Laser ® always works with the highest productivity. In standard systems, the maximum speed is limited to the movement of the x and y-axis stepping motors of the pantograph. That way, you have to reduce the laser power, in order to avoid burnings. GMI Laser ® can work with the maximum laser power (100%). By controlling the speed, you will be able to reach the best results.
- GMI Laser ® is very simple to use, thanks to its laser driver control software. It is in fact very easy to set the parameters of laser cutting: power, speed, number of passages,....
