TUKAcut 600 and 350 are stand-alone conveyorized cutting machines. There 6sm and 3.5sm compressed CNC machine are equipped with intelligent management and integrated power solutions. Using the latest electronic and mechanical technology, TUKAcut is the ideal choice for use in the apparel, upholstery, automotive and nautical industries.

  Features

Cutting Surface & Vacuum
The conveyor cutting surface is a flexible and compact top composed of unique “quad multi-needles’ to facilitate the penetration of the blade and allow the vacuum to be concentrate in the cutting zone. A patented vacuum section canalization distributes the vacuum suction evenly across the entire cutting surface, and a special EVAS (electronic vacuum sensor) optimizes the suction. A sophisticated sensor detects air leakage and adjusts the vacuum automatically while cutting.
                  
Power Saving
Particular attention has been paid to reduce the energy consumption during the operation of the machine.

Self-sharpening Knife
The system includes electronics sharpening of the knife with a single grindstone. Sharpening angle can be changed as necessary for different fabrics (resinous fabrics, fabrics with metallic threads or with particular finishes or dyes.)
Because the wear of the blade is automatically corrected, the blade lasts longer and the cut is always precise and clean.

Facilitated Take-off Conveyor Table
The unloading conveyor is made of rubber cloth which makes picking up cut pieces easier. The unloading conveyor can work either in a synchronized way or it can be controlled separately so that the machine can be unloaded at the same time as a new phase of cutting is starting.

Saving Cutting Time
CSM program (Control step motion) allows a continuous step movement of the conveyor for multiple markers as one cut, thus reducing the setup time and increasing throughput per hour.

Diagnostic and Maitenance
Each component of the system is continuously monitored, and possible anomalies are detected and displayed. The system displays errors and anomalies, making fault detection easier. This allows qualified technicians to provide prompt technical assistance and accurate repairs.
